Class Description:

Pilates for Lower Back / Back to Basics:

Learn simple exercises to restore your spine and lower back health, or re-visit the basics with this series.

Pilates for Neck & Shoulder:

Enjoy some stretches, alignment and strengthening work for your neck, shoulder, and posture

Beginner Strength Training:

Full body workout using your body weight. Great to train your whole body strength, great for beginners.
